This can be a boost for self-esteem, help you relax and sleep better and give you a taste of what to expect from a full package. Further sessions can then be booked.

Four sessions typically works well for phobias, general anxiety, public speaking, dealing with bad habits, boosting motivation, losing weight etc.

Additional sessions can be booked if required.

An intensive two hour stop smoking session with optional follow up aimed at those wanting to stop smoking or vaping.
